Dryer,
UDG-αFL for Large-size Liquid Crystal Board
This is developed especially for 7th/8th-genaration large-size liquid crystal board. The room temperatures ultra dry air, water app.0.5ppm, is blown by the linear motor driven nozzle moving in left-and-right reciprocation, so that the liquid crystal board is dried up completely. Continuous drying is achieved in low cost, space saving and high-speed operation.
UDG-αFL Features
Complete drying
To secure complete homogeneous drain effect on the edges of liquid crystal board,
separated from the drain nozzle, the swinging nozzle is equipped to move in left-and-right
reciprocation.
High-speed continuous drying
The transfer speed is 8m/min max, controllable by the swinging nozzle.
Low running cost
Power consumption is less than 1KW/h. No heat source is required. In addition
the linear motor is only consumptive of a few 100W, which no actual influence
on the total running cost.
Saving installation space
For even a large-size 8th generation liquid crystal board, the equipment can be
installed within the range of 1m of the total process line length.
High performance
The UDG results in low cost for a high-performance machine, with a minimizing
spare and maintenance parts. The unit recycling system minimizes repair bills.
Easy maintenance
The UDG consists of component units for enhanced reliability, makes accessible
instantly and easily for troubleshooting or routine inspection.
Safety
The heat-free drying processes remove the fires caused by ignition.
